For more than 120 years, the Annual Event has served as one of the region’s premier gatherings for industry professionals. Continuing its long-standing tradition of spotlighting influential speakers who exemplify leadership, resilience, and vision, this year’s event will offer attendees a unique opportunity to hear directly from Luttrell as he shares insights on teamwork, mental toughness, and the mindset that drives individuals and organizations to persevere. 

The evening will include networking opportunities, recognition of the region’s manufacturing community, and a dynamic interview designed to inspire leaders, teams, and future innovators.
