When Berkshire Hathaway HomeSales Realty wanted to throw an awards gala and party for employees across the organization, including C-level executives and the region's top sales performers, they knew who to ask to make their vision come forward. Since 2019, Shumaker PDT has worked with this client on this all-star annual event that brings 700+ guests to the Lancaster County Convention Center in collaboration with a vendor team that included DJ Edge/Cutting Edge Events, Philly Casino Parties, and the Lancaster Marriott. 

The evening featured an awards program recognizing top sales numbers, remarks from the CEO and other executives, dancing, and a silent auction. The ShuCrew provided stage management, lighting design, and full technical support to ensure guests received the highest quality visual and auditory experience throughout the evening. A number of our team members come from a background in theatre and apply many of those processes and techniques (i.e. run-of-show and paper tech) to corporate events. This attention to detail allows the ShuCrew to carefully and precisely sync audio and lighting queues to key moments in a program.
