LANCASTER, Pa., July 25, 2023 — Saxton & Stump is pleased to welcome experienced litigator Candace N. Edgar as the firm’s newest senior counsel attorney. Edgar brings more than 15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, representing both insurers and insureds in state, federal and appellate courts. She is a member of the firm’s Trucking and Commercial Transportation Group, as well as the firm’s Insurance and Commercial Litigation groups. She is based in Saxton & Stump’s Harrisburg office.

Edgar has worked with clients on first and third-party auto, transportation, premises liability, insurance coverage, construction and bad faith cases. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Edgar is a graduate of the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, where she received her law degree, and she received her undergraduate degree as a cum laude graduate of Millersville University.
