LANCASTER, Pa., November 16, 2023 — We are pleased to announce that the Lancaster General Health Foundation has named attorney Katherine Pandelidis Granbois to its board of trustees. The nonprofit foundation builds philanthropic relationships within the community to advance the mission of LG Health, connecting donors with patient and health system needs, according to its website. It supports capital needs and various initiatives of LG Health, including health programs, community benefit initiatives, patient assistance funds and cutting-edge technology.

Granbois started her three-year term on the board in September.

“It’s an honor to be named to the LG Health Foundation board,” Granbois said. “Over the years, I’ve seen the work the organization does, and it’s clear that the foundation plays an important part in the health and well-being of the region.”

At Saxton & Stump, Granbois is a shareholder and is the chair of the firm’s Business, Corporate and Tax Group. She works with companies on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, sales and distribution, entity selection and formation, and commercial matters for clients ranging from startups and professional practices to large family-owned businesses and middle-market companies.

In addition to her work with the LG Health Foundation, she is on the board of directors at ASSETS Lancaster and is a former chair of the board of directors at the United Way of Lancaster County. She is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law and received her undergraduate degree at Bucknell University.
