Saxton & Stump analyst Samuel Morris honored on City & State PA’s “40 Under 40” list

Morris is a member of the firm’s Regulatory and Government Affairs Group and brings valuable experience from his time working for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

He graduated from Shippensburg University with both his master’s degree in applied history and his undergraduate degree in history.
