LANCASTER, PA — Audience members of all abilities are invited to experience The Motown Club in a welcoming, sensory-friendly performance on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Prima Theatre.

Designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, this relaxed performance creates a supportive environment especially for individuals and families with intellectual or physical disabilities, while preserving the energy, joy, and unforgettable music of Motown.

The sensory-friendly performance is part of Prima’s Creative Current initiative, generously sponsored by Sylvia and Benjamin Kauffman.

What to Expect

Guests attending the performance can expect:

• Adjusted sensory environment with dimmed house lights that never go fully dark and reduced sound levels throughout the performance
• Gentle audience preparation before any potentially startling moments
• Accessible seating with integrated wheelchair and companion seating options
• A flexible theatre experience where guests are welcome to move, vocalize, or step out as needed
• Additional space and comfort, with seating intentionally capped below capacity
• Quiet “chill-out” zones available nearby

Table seating is available toward the front of the theatre, with traditional elevated row seating available on risers toward the back.
