PHILADELPHIA, Pa., July 30, 2024 — The Saxton & Stump Regulatory and Government Affairs Group is proud to announce the addition of long-time political strategist and healthcare lobbyist Bill Ryan, who joins the firm on August 1, 2024. With over 40 years of political experience, Ryan is highly connected in Philadelphia, throughout Pennsylvania, and in Washington DC. He has helped shape the political landscape for decades, supporting the successful campaigns of Mayor Cherelle Parker, Gov. Ed Rendell, U.S. Sen. Bob Casey, and many others who ran for federal, state, and local office.

At Saxton & Stump, Ryan will lead the Firm’s Philadelphia Regulatory & Government Relations work and support the practice group and the firm’s business and healthcare clients, splitting his time between the Delaware Valley and Harrisburg. Ryan comes to Saxton & Stump with an impressive track record of successfully lobbying for tens of millions of dollars benefiting healthcare systems and hospitals throughout Pennsylvania.

For decades, he’s been a key lobbyist in directing funds for healthcare, Medicare, education, and more.
