Jonestown, PA – April 25, 2025: JBT Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: JBTC), the holding company of Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT), recently announced that at its 2025 annual shareholders meeting Vinod Patel was elected to the JBT Bancorp, Inc. and JBT Board of Directors.

Patel is a retired developer, businessman, and engineer, with 35 years in the hospitality industry as a developer of hotels, residential rental properties, commercial development and redevelopment properties. Over the years, Patel served as Secretary of the Lancaster Hotel/Motel Association, a member of the Board of Directors of the Pa. Dutch Convention and Visitors Bureau, and as Advisory Board Chairman for SAAL (South Asian Association of Lancaster).

A graduate of Fairwinds Christian School in Bear, DE, Patel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering as well as a Masters of Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University.

A resident of Lancaster, PA, Patel currently serves as Secretary of East Lampeter Township Sewer Authority.
