Korin Simmons, Chief Operating Officer of Complete Concessions, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Women in the Trailer Industry (WITI) Scholarship, presented by the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers and Dealers (NATDA). The scholarship recognizes emerging women leaders who demonstrate dedication to advancing the trailer industry through leadership, innovation, and professional development.
After her father unexpectedly became ill, Simmons stepped into a larger leadership role within Complete Concessions, helping guide the family-owned business while continuing to strengthen relationships throughout the trailer industry. The scholarship provides Simmons with the opportunity to attend the 2026 NATDA Trailer Show in Nashville, Tennessee, where she will participate in educational programming, connect with industry leaders, and continue developing the knowledge and relationships that will help grow Complete Concessions.
"Receiving this scholarship is an incredible honor," Simmons said. "This recognition represents not only my personal journey but also the resilience of our family business. I'm excited to continue learning from industry leaders and bring that knowledge back to help our company continue serving our customers."
As one of the industry's emerging female leaders, Simmons hopes her story encourages more women to pursue careers in manufacturing, transportation, and business leadership.
