The Olympics of business books is called the Axiom Business Book Awards — and Inspiring Work Anniversaries by Rick Joi won the 2024 bronze medal in the Company Culture category!

The awards were created in 2007, and have since become the largest and most respected book awards program for business books. These prestigious and competitive awards are presented in 28 business categories and serve as the premier list to help business book readers discover new and innovative works.

Judging is based on content, originality, design, and production quality, with emphasis on innovation and creativity. The judging panel includes experts from the fields of business, finance, reviewing, and bookselling. Gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded in each category.

The awards are held annually and the winners are announced in the spring.
