Member News

LANCASTER, Pa. (March 23, 2026) – The start of spring is welcome sight in central Pennsylvania, and Lancaster Bible College is marking the season with several opportunities for prospective students to learn about its academic programs, campus life, online studies, graduate degree options and more.

LBC’s spring on-campus open house for prospective high school undergraduate students and their families, as well as transfer students, is on the calendar for Friday, April 10.

The event from 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. will include tours of the Lancaster campus at 901 Eden Road; a welcome and worship in Good Shepherd Chapel; interactions with faculty, coaches and students; lunch in Olewine Dining Commons; visits to classrooms and athletics facilities; and a chance to win scholarships.

“Visiting campus is such an important way to get to know the personality and culture of a college, so we are grateful that students interested in LBC will have the opportunity to interact with our staff, faculty and student body,” said Director of Admissions Matt McDonald. “Our hope is that many future Chargers will experience the LBC difference that is central to all we do.”

Students and families can also ask questions about topics such as LBC’s commitment to biblical integration in every program, instant admissions decisions, Division III Chargers sports teams, short-term and semester study abroad programs, as well as student access to the Counseling & Care Center, academic mentoring, career services, writing support and accessibility services.

For information or to register, visit lbc.edu/openhouse.

Those looking to earn an associate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree online can attend one of two virtual information sessions this spring, set for 7 p.m. April 8 and May 5.

Participants can find out which online program is right for them, have their application and financial aid questions answered, interact with professors and staff, and learn how online class formats work. A Zoom link to join the session will be communicated after registration, which is open now at lbc.edu/meet-us.

“We know that many busy, working adults of all ages and stages of life have aspirations to get a college degree,” said LBC’s Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management Edward Owens. “And many can thrive on a path to earning their degree completely online. From flexible online undergraduate degrees to online master’s and doctoral degrees where students learn and grow in their faith alongside their peers and professors, our online programs are biblically integrated and aligned with the LBC mission to ‘educate Christian students to think and live a biblical worldview and to proclaim Christ by serving Him in the Church and society.’”

LBC offers online programs that are designed for busy people who are working, raising a family and serving. After graduation, students make impact in relevant fields such as Biblical Studies, Business, Christian Apologetics, Communication, Criminal Justice, Divinity, Education, Leadership, Ministry, Psychology, Social Work, Sport Management and more. See the full list of online programs at lbc.edu/online.
