Landis Quality Living (LQL) is pleased to welcome Ben Lesher to its board. Ben brings a blend of strong leadership, real estate development expertise, and a commitment to creating thriving communities in the Lancaster area.

As President and Founder of Parcel B Development Company, Ben has led housing initiatives focused on thoughtful density and community impact. His professional background in real estate development, city planning, and business administration, along with his passion for affordable housing, aligns closely with the mission and future direction of Landis Quality Living. Ben also currently serves on the board of Chestnut Housing Corporation, where he supports efforts to provide affordable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness in Lancaster City.

Landis Quality Living is an affiliate of Landis Communities dedicated to expanding housing opportunities that include supportive services for older adults in affordable and middle-market settings. Rooted in the broader Landis Communities mission of following God’s call to creatively serve the diverse needs and interests of older adults, LQL focuses on delivering a vitality model that fosters connection, wellness, belonging, and dignity across diverse communities.
