Lancaster Bible College Welcomes Ryan Fisher as Vice President of Advancement
LANCASTER, Pa. (March 17, 2026) – Lancaster Bible College is welcoming Ryan Fisher as the new Vice President of Advancement. He begins his post on March 17 following many years of strategic leadership in advancement within Christ-centered organizations. Most recently, Fisher served as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Impact at Luthercare in Lititz, Pa. Prior to Luthercare, he served as a Regional Philanthropy Manager at CBN’s Operation Blessing and as an Associate Director of Advancement at The Navigators.
“The Vice President for Advancement position is essential to advancing the mission and long-term sustainability of the college, serving as the chief advancement strategist and a key member of the President’s Cabinet,” said LBC President Dr. Tommy Kiedis. “Ryan comes with a kingdom-minded approach to stewardship and a wealth of experience in advancement leadership. We are excited to welcome him to LBC!”
Fisher will provide strategic direction to cultivate a culture of generosity, expand donor support and steward transformational relationships that strengthen LBC’s future. He will oversee all Advancement functions, including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, alumni relations and capital campaign strategy, with a focus on strategic growth in giving and donor engagement. A graduate of Wheaton College, Ryan and his wife, Monica, reside in Lititz with their three children.
Fisher takes the helm from Scott Keating as part of a strategic succession planning process. Keating, who joined LBC in 2013 and last year initiated this transition, will continue as Senior Gift Officer. “We are grateful for Scott’s leadership and his desire to focus even more deeply on the relationships and partnerships that help to fulfill LBC’s mission,” Kiedis added.
