LANCASTER, Pa. (Sept. 13, 2023) – Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School will give golfers a chance to hit the links while benefitting LBC’s Community Scholarship Fund. The 2023 Charger Challenge Golf Tournament is set for Oct. 9 at Bent Creek Country Club in Lititz, Pa. The event begins with registration at 10:30 a.m., lunch at 11 a.m. and a shotgun scramble at noon. This is a rescheduled event from a rain date in June.

The Community Scholarship Fund at Lancaster Bible College, with a 2023 goal of nearly $2 million, aids in providing much-needed funding to students to help make their educational dreams possible.

“The LBC Charger Challenge Golf Tournament is my favorite event of the year,” said Zach Freeman, Director of Advancement Operations. “It’s great to see so many of our friends all in one place, while also knowing that every single penny that is raised will go back to help our amazing students.”

The 2023 Charger Challenge will include meals and snacks throughout the day, as well as both tournament and door prizes. Visit lbc.edu/golf to register by Oct. 2 or for sponsorship details.
