LANCASTER, PA, August 28, 2023 --- ACNB Bank recently welcomed Joseph P. Flanagan as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer. In this role, he is responsible for building commercial customer relationships at ACNB Bank, primarily by providing commercial loan, depository, treasury management, and other banking services to assist in the operation and growth of a customer’s business. Mr. Flanagan is based at the Bank’s loan office at 160 North Pointe Blvd. in Lancaster, PA, and serves commercial customers throughout Lancaster County. Mr. Flanagan most recently served as a financing manager for Economic Development Company of Lancaster County and previously as a senior credit analyst with a regional bank that serves Lancaster County. A graduate of Lancaster Mennonite School, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA, and a Master of Science in accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Mr. Flanagan is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Lancaster and currently serves on the board for Challenger of Lancaster County Little League. He resides in Lancaster with his wife, Abby, and daughter, Hadley.
