RHEEMS, PA (July 23, 2024) – Following a thorough succession planning process, Wenger Feeds Animal Nutrition (WFAN) Director of Operations Joel Sparks will succeed Brad Wagner in the role of Senior Vice President of The Wenger Group, Inc. and President of WFAN effective October 1, 2024. 

In his new position, Joel will oversee Mill, Transportation, and Logistics Operations, Manufacturing Support Services, Garage, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service. He will be a member of the Executive Team and report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Current Senior Vice President and President of WFAN as well as future Chief Executive Officer Brad Wagner noted, “Joel has been with The Wenger Group for almost a year and has almost 20 years of progressive feed mill experience ranging from commercial mills to large integrated poultry operations. I have full confidence that Joel will continue to strategically lead the WFAN Business Unit and work collaboratively with the enterprise to meet our customers’ animal nutrition needs.
