JBT Names Branch Experience Managers 

Jonestown, PA – February 21, 2024: Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently announced that ten employees have been named to Branch Experience Manager roles. Branch Experience Managers oversee the operations, staff, and client experience within the branch.

In JBT’s Northern Region, Pam Wolfe is the Branch Experience Manager at JBT’s Jonestown branch and Paige Rivera-Fansler is the Branch Experience Manager at the Cleona branch. Wolfe has been with JBT for 23 years and was most recently the Assistant Branch Manager at Jonestown. Previously, Rivera-Fansler was the Branch Team Leader at the Cleona branch. She has been with JBT since 2016.

JBT’s Western Region consists of the Grantville, Northside Commons (Palmyra), and Quentin Road branches. Judy Parker, who has been with JBT since 2018, is the Branch Experience Manager at Grantville. Parker was previously the Branch Manager at Grantville. Mitzi Wingert, who most recently was the Branch Manager at Northside Commons, is the Branch Experience Manager at the Northside Commons branch. Wingert has been with JBT for eight years. Allie Amato is the Branch Experience Manager at Quentin Road. Amato joined JBT in 2015 and was the Branch Team Leader at Quentin Road.

In JBT’s Eastern Region, which includes branches in Lebanon, Newmanstown in Lebanon County, and Robesonia in Berks County, Christy Houser and Cheryl Meck are the Branch Experience Managers. Houser has that role in both the Lebanon and Newmanstown branches after serving as Branch Team Leader in both branches. She has been with JBT for 23 years. Meck, who has been with JBT for two years, is the Branch Experience Manager at the Robesonia branch. Most recently, Meck was the Branch Team Leader at Robesonia.

JBT’s Southern Region consists of JBT’s Lancaster County branch locations in Ephrata, Lititz, and Manheim. Thong Phorasavong is the Branch Experience Manager at the Ephrata branch, where she was previously Branch Team Leader. She has been with JBT since 2018. Sarah Blauch is the Branch Experience Manager at JBT’s Lititz branch. Blauch also joined JBT in 2018 and was most recently Branch Team Leader at Lititz. Charis Gramm has been with JBT for four years and is the Branch Experience Manager at the bank’s Manheim branch. Previously, Gramm was the Branch Team Leader at the Manheim location.
