YORK, Pa. (Aug. 21, 2023) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Molly Welby to marketing brand manager. 

 After graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Welby joined IREGC as the marketing coordinator in May 2022, and immediately became a valuable member of the marketing department.

 “We are very pleased to promote Molly to the position of marketing brand manager,” said Shaun Lewy, vice president of operations. “Molly’s sharp eye for detail, writing abilities and excitement to enhance our brand make her an exceptional team member. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Molly as she continues to grow professionally.”

 In her role, Welby will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans. Her work will help to enhance the brand’s image, drive growth and increase brand awareness through the use of digital, social media, print, events and other advertising platforms. Welby will report to Shaun Lewy, vice president of operations.
