YORK, Pa. — Nov. 16, 2023 — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the promotion of Lisa Ritt to facilities services manager and Chris Riley, Jr., to asset manager.

Ritt’s promotion comes nine months after she joined IRE as the facilities and construction coordinator. In her new role, Lisa will join the Acquisitions and Asset Management team and play a vital role in the company’s day-to-day operations, including full responsibility for the management, enhancement and maintenance of IRE’s headquarters, and to provide assistance with the capital expenditure process for all new and existing Moove In Self Storage locations.

Riley began working at IRE in January as an asset project manager. He will now be responsible for overseeing and strategically managing the company's capital expenditures program, including developing and executing comprehensive asset management strategies, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, and the timely execution of all capital expenditures across the Moove In Self Storage portfolio.
