INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE, LLC HIRES KYLE BURLAGE AS SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST 

 YORK, Pa. (May 7, 2024) — The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC) today announced the hiring of Kyle Burlage as senior investment analyst. 

 Burlage will assist in guiding the company’s financial strategy by analyzing past performance and modeling future potential acquisitions. In this role, Burlage will evaluate commercial real estate financing requests, conduct collateral analysis, assess marketing conditions and identify risks. He will report to Jack Fritsche, chief financial officer.
