Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre is excited to announce its 39th Season for 2025. Tickets are on sale now for the eight mainstage productions, three children’s theatre productions, and a popular concert series with three tribute concerts to legendary artists.

LANCASTER, PA. December 2, 2024 – Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre is excited to entertain you with a standout selection of shows and tribute concerts during our 39th Season in 2025. Tickets are on sale now for the eight mainstage productions, three children’s theatre productions, and the popular concert series with three tribute concerts to legendary artists.
On mainstage, Broadway classics and popular smash hits – from murder mystery to comedy – are sure to please every theatre enthusiast.
Murder for Two January 17 – February 22
A zany blend of a classical musical comedy and madcap mystery where everyone is a suspect. But there’s a twist: two actors play 13 parts. One actor investigates the crime, the other plays all the suspects—and they both play the piano! PG
Waitress February 28 – April 5
The hit musical about Jenna, a waitress and expert pie maker who dreams of finding a way out of her small town and rocky marriage. A tale of self-discovery, resilience and the pursuit of happiness. Featuring music and lyrics by Grammy Award Winner Sara Bareilles. PG13
Fiddler on the Roof April 11 – May 17
Set in a Russian village where Tevye, a husband and father, strives to uphold his family’s religious and cultural traditions. The timeless score includes If I Were A Rich Man, Matchmaker, Matchmaker, Tradition, To Life (L’Chaim!) Sunrise, Sunset. PG
We Will Rock You May 23 – June 21
Music by Queen & Ben Elton. Celebrate the enduring legacy of Queen and the spirit of rock and roll. Two revolutionaries embark on a quest to rediscover the power of rock and liberate their society from conformity. The Wizard of Oz June 27 – August 9
Follow the yellow brick road and the timeless tale about Dorothy, a farm girl from Kansas, who travels over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz only to find there’s no place like home.
Songs from the iconic MGM score include Off To See The Wizard, Munchkin Land, and Over the Rainbow. PG
The Buddy Holly Story August 15 - September 20
See the man, hear the music and relive the life of a legend! Get ready to rock as you watch Buddy backstage and at the recording studio. Follow his rise up the charts with hits like Peggy Sue, Oh Boy, That’ll Be the Day, Well...All Right, Not Fade Away and more! PG
A Chorus Line September 26 – November 1
Get a glimpse into one day in the lives of 17 Broadway dancers all vying for a spot on a chorus line. As the competition heats up, the director asks each performer to share about themselves and what influenced their decision to become dancers. PG13
Irving Berlin’s White Christmas November 7 – January 4, 2026
Each holiday is celebrated with thrilling dance numbers, laugh-out-loud comedy, and a parade of Irving Berlin hits in this heartwarming, high-energy tap dance extravaganza. Hear your favorites including Blue Skies, Easter Parade, Heat Wave, Cheek to Cheek and White Christmas. PG

Rudolph. The Red-Nosed Reindeer Jr. November 21 – December 27
Rudolph with his shiny nose is rejected by all the other reindeer. When a storm threatens Santa’s sleigh from taking off, it’s up to Rudolph to save Christmas, and he learns that what makes him different is what makes him special.
