Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of Community Banking Manager
EPHRATA PA, 2024 — Ephrata National Bank announces the addition of Melissa Argall as Community Banking Manager, overseeing ENB’s Manheim Office.
In this role, Argall is responsible for managing the office, overseeing business development within the community, executing the customer experience strategy, and leading a team of banking professionals. She will oversee the office’s key performance indicators and advance customer relationships. Argall has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry.
Throughout her career, Argall has worked in various capacities within the financial industry. Beginning in cash management and small business credit analysis, she has since moved through sales, marketing, management, and operations roles. Argall has experience in credit risk analysis, managing branch books of business, advising small business and retail clients, and coaching and supervision. She uses her unique blend of skills to increase sales and maintain and develop new business, making her a valuable addition to ENB’s team of Community Banking Managers.
Argall holds a Specialized Business – Paralegal degree from the Central Pennsylvania Business School and is a 2013 Leadership Lancaster Graduate. She has participated in and completed extensive management and sales training programs from The Robert Morris Associates and the American Institute of Banking.
Argall currently resides in Lancaster, PA.
