Ephrata National Bank Announces Finalists for 5th Annual Letters to Santa Contest Public Voting Open December 1–8
EPHRATA PA, 2025 — Ephrata National Bank (ENB) is pleased to announce the three finalists for its 5th Annual Letters to Santa Contest, an initiative created to support and celebrate the non-profit organizations making a meaningful difference across the communities ENB serves.
Each year, Letters to Santa invites community members to nominate their favorite 501(c)(3) organizations by submitting a heartfelt letter describing the impact the organization has on the lives of others. Entries include stories of hope, service, education, and support—reflecting the many ways nonprofits strengthen Lancaster, Lebanon, and Berks counties.
After receiving and reviewing the first 50 eligible submissions, ENB’s internal judging committee evaluated entries based on story impact and the potential impact of a financial gift. The top three entries have now been selected as this year’s finalists:
2025 Letters to Santa Finalists:
- One Luv Outreach – Based in Reading, Pennsylvania, One Luv is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings “love and light” to the community through weekly family-friendly gatherings and weekly distributions of essentials (food, clothing, toiletries, toys, and more). Their work is rooted in Christian faith and emphasizes sharing hope through the gospel.
- Milagro House – Located in Lancaster, Milagro House empowers women with children who are experiencing homelessness through a holistic, two-generational model. Their core programs include residential housing, education, life-skills training, and intensive case management. Education is central: Milagro House supports mothers working on their GED or pursuing post-secondary education to break the cycle of poverty.
- Green Meadow Farm – Green Meadow Farm in Leola PA provides free, individualized mentoring and equine-assisted lessons to children and teens who have experienced trauma or emotional hardship. Through interaction with horses and farm life, the organization aims to bring healing, trust, responsibility, and renewal, all grounded in Christian faith.
Beginning December 1, community members are encouraged to visit the ENB Letters to Santa Contest Page at https://santa.epnb.com/ to read the finalists’ letters, view accompanying photos, and cast their vote for the organization they believe deserves a special holiday gift. Public voting will remain open through December 8, and the organization receiving the highest number of votes will be named the first prize winner.
This year’s prizes are:
- $15,000 – First Place
- $5,000 – Second Place
- $3,000 – Third Place
Winners will be notified on December 9, and an official announcement will be shared on ENB’s social media channels by early January.
