LANCASTER, PA. November 26, 2025 – As the year ends on a festive holiday note, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre is preparing for its 40th Season with hot new hits and popular classics to round out the 2026 schedule. An audience survey is conducted each year, and the most popular show titles are included in the selection of season productions. All tickets are on sale for the eight mainstage productions, three Children’s Theatre productions, and the popular Concert Series with three tribute concerts to legendary artists.

On mainstage, classics and Broadway hits – from murder and mayhem to comedy and love stories – are sure to please every theatre enthusiast.

Clue the Musical January 9 – February 7

A fun-filled whodunit brings the popular board game to life! Six guests, each with a secret, are invited to a dinner party. In this interactive comedy, the audience can play along to help solve the mystery of who killed Mr. Boddy, in what room, and with what weapon. PG

Little Shop of Horrors February 13 – March 21

Based on the 1960 film, this rock musical follows a hapless florist shop worker who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" after his coworker crush. The foul-mouthed, R&B singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune—but at what price? PG13

Oklahoma! March 27 – May 10

Cowboy Curly and farm girl Laurey carve out a life together in a brand-new state. The unforgettable Rodgers & Hammerstein score includes: Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin', People Will Say We're in Love, I Cain't Say No! and the exhilarating title song, Oklahoma! PG

All Shook Up May 22 – June 20

Inspired by and featuring songs of Elvis Presley, a guitar-playing young man rides into town and changes everything and everyone he meets with his hip-swiveling music. You'll be tappin' your feet to classics like Heartbreak Hotel, Jailhouse Rock, and Don't Be Cruel. PG13

Mary Poppins June 26 – August 8

Everyone's favorite nanny is back! Adventure abounds as you get whisked away to meet dancing chimney sweeps and an array of colorful characters in this beloved musical. Hear classics like Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, A Spoonful of Sugar, and Chim Chim Cher-ee.

Holly Jolly Holiday November 13 – January 3, 2027

Immerse yourself in the spirit of the season with this original holiday musical extravaganza sure to make you merry. The halls are decked with holly, so let the jolly festivities begin with lively dancing and singing to the yuletide tunes you know and love—along with a visit from Old St. Nick himself!

A mom and teenage daughter are freakishly switched! As the day unfolds, they learn to appreciate one another’s struggles, self-acceptance, and renew the strong bond and love between a mother and daughter.

Cinderella Jr. December 4 – January 2, 2027

The magical rags-to-riches fairy tale is retold in this comical musical. Cinderella, her wicked stepmother and stepsisters, a zany fairy godmother, and a handsome prince all come to life on stage.
