Join horticulturalist Jeff Hazlett for a walk through the Tanger Arboretum's natural treasures

LANCASTER, PA — LancasterHistory invites the community to the Spring Seasonal Gathering Tour, a delightful horticultural event showcasing the vibrant spring blooms and unique flora at Tanger Arboretum. The tour is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10am, led by local horticulturist and Friends of the Tanger Arboretum Vice President Jeff Hazlett.

Attendees will explore the landscape of the Arboretum, highlighting its flowering trees, pollinator gardens, and the notable Pennsylvania Champion Trees. Hazlett, a Penn State horticulture alum and avid nature enthusiast, will share his expertise on the blossoming wonders and gardening insights for the spring season. 


Tickets for the Spring Seasonal Gathering Tour are priced at $5 for adults and $3 for children, with free admission for Friends of the Tanger Arboretum members.
