LANCASTER, Pa., August 20, 2024 — The Central Penn Business Journal has named Saxton & Stump shareholder Wayne Pecht to its “Power List for Banking, Finance, Accounting and Wealth Management.” Pecht is the co-chair of the Saxton & Stump Trusts and Estates Group, working to ensure clients receive the best legal advice and guidance to protect and transfer assets. He also has 40 years of experience in business and tax law and works with clients on wealth preservation, retirement, tax planning and a variety of other complex business needs. 

In addition to his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law, Pecht earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and is a certified public accountant.

Pecht also has been a fixture on the annual “Best Lawyers in America” list in both Trusts and Estates and Corporate Law. In the community, he was a member of the board of supervisors for Silver Spring Township from 1994 to 2005, and he has been the solicitor for multiple Cumberland County offices.
