LANCASTER, PA — July 15, 2026 — Community Services Group (CSG), a leading provider of mental health and intellectual and developmental disability services across Pennsylvania, announced the promotion of Molly Marshall to Vice President of Human Resources, effective July 1, 2026.

In her new role, Marshall will provide executive oversight of CSG's entire HR function, including recruitment and talent acquisition, payroll and benefits, employee relations, licensing and compliance, and workforce development. She succeeds Jan Hartle, who retired on June 26, 2026 after an extraordinary 48-year career with CSG.

Marshall joined CSG in June 2011 as an Employee Resource Specialist, where she gained experience across all HR functional areas. She progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles focused on employee benefits, wellness, training administration, employee relations, and HR information systems. In 2015, she moved into a leadership role managing the Payroll and Benefits team, and in December 2023 was named Director of HR — overseeing recruitment, hiring, payroll, benefits, and leading the implementation of CSG's companywide Human Capital Management system.

Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University and earned her SHRM-CP certification in February 2020, which she actively maintains.
