LANCASTER, PA. December 29, 2023 – Agatha Christie’s iconic play, The Mousetrap,

makes it’s Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre debut January 19-February 17, 2024. The 

longest running show of any kind in the world, this murder mystery has been 

mesmerizing audiences for more than seventy years. Christie weaves a clever and 

suspenseful 1950’s whodunit brimming with intrigue, sophisticated humor, and 

surprising twists which will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

As news spreads of a murder in London, a group of seven strangers find themselves 

snowed in at a remote countryside guesthouse, Monkswell Manor. When a police 

detective arrives on skis and begins interrogations, a second murder takes place.

Tensions and fears escalate - the killer is in their midst! One by one, the suspicious 

characters reveal their sordid pasts. Will the identity of the murderer be revealed before 

they strike again? Don’t just see it – solve it!

The Dutch Apple veteran cast includes: the neurotic Christopher Wren, played by 

Jordan Ross Weinhold, recently seen as Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol. Katharine 

Stenzel (Murder on the Orient Express, Guys and Dolls) portrays Mollie Ralston, and 

Giles Ralston (James Riley, Camelot), her newly wedded husband, are proprietors of 

the guesthouse. Detective Sergeant Trotter, (Craig Smith, Murder on the Orient 

Express, Guys and Dolls) probes the past to find the killer before the “three blind mice”
