New Team Member

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lancaster and Lebanon Counties is pleased to announce the valuable addition of Noah Melamed and Reggie Easterling to the CASA Board of Directors.

Noah’s education includes a BA from Washington College, and a MD MA from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. He currently works with Ticket To Ride Auto Sales and The Finance Store, Inc. He served as past President and currently serves as Chairperson of the Board at the Mid-Atlantic Independent Auto Dealers Association, representing auto dealers across the Mid-Atlantic region in their state capitals.

When asked why he joined CASA, Noah responded, “Having been exposed to the program through a CASA, I was immediately struck by the dedication of the volunteer, and the incredible impact that she was having on her kid. I wanted to do something to help support this organization and to be part of what could have such a tremendous and positive effect on someone's life.”

Noah resides in Lancaster and has two young children, one daughter and one son. His wife is an attorney with Weber Gallagher, and she is involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster, Horizons Lancaster, and the Lancaster County chapter of the American Heart Association. When he not working or volunteering, Noah enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, and playing ice hockey and tennis. He is pleased to share he has completed one Marathon, one Triathlon, six Half Marathons, four Ten Milers & eight Obstacle Course Races!

Reggie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminology from Millersville University. Currently employed by the Pennsylvania State Police as the Eastern Section Supervisor in the Office of Community Engagement, he has worked in Law Enforcement for over 12 years. He is also a local real estate investor, small business owner, and serves on several youth organization boards within Lancaster County. He coaches youth football as part of Lampeter Strasburg's Youth Football Program.

When asked why he joined CASA, Reggie replied, “I joined because I believe CASA is truly needed to help many at-risk children in our community. Growing up in low-income housing projects, I recognize the trauma associated with being a victim and the important need that CASA serves in our community.”

Reggie and his wife of 13 years have two wonderful sons, ages ten and seven. They reside in West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County and own a business in Lancaster City. As a family, they enjoy all things outdoors, spending time at the beach, and attending sporting events. When he is not working or serving in the community, he likes to work out and travel. He is an avid lawn lover and always looks forward to improving his green grounds!
