Brubaker Inc. Welcomes Sherry Harry as Director of Customer Experience

Lancaster, PA – August 4, 2025 – Brubaker, a leading 100% employee-owned company serving residential and commercial clients across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, and appliance retail and service, proudly announces the appointment of Sherry Harry as its new Director of Customer Experience, effective August 4, 2025.

Sherry brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in customer-centric operations, sales strategy, and organizational growth. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at VisionCorps, where she oversaw three manufacturing facilities across Pennsylvania and Arkansas and helped scale operations from $10M to $40M in annual revenue. Her earlier roles include Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, and National Sales Manager for Tamanend Winery, where she forged strong B2B partnerships and expanded market presence across the Northeast.

At Brubaker, Sherry will lead a company-wide effort to elevate the end-to-end customer experience, from the first inquiry to final service delivery. Her role will span strategic leadership in business development and sales, customer satisfaction standards across all seven of Brubaker’s core business units, including residential and commercial services, appliance sales and repair, kitchen and bath remodeling, and design-build construction.

Sherry holds a bachelor’s in business administration with a Minor in Marketing from Penn State University and is well-versed in ISO-certified environments, CRM/ERP systems, and federal compliance frameworks.
