East Petersburg, PA — October 2026 — Brubaker, a leading home and commercial service & 

Installations company, is preparing to relocate its headquarters to a new facility at 1695 State 

Street in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania. 

Brubaker signed a long-term lease with Benchmark Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of Benchmark 

Construction Company, on April 15, 2026, and took possession of the space in July. Construction 

and leasehold improvements are currently underway, with the company planning to begin its 

transition once that work is completed and to be fully operational from the new facility by 

February 1, 2027. 

The 34,389-square-foot space, part of the former administrative services center of Fulton 

Financial Corporation, will serve as Brubaker’s new headquarters. The facility will include a mix 

of office and warehouse space designed to support the company’s continued growth and 

enhance operational efficiency across its service lines. 

Brubaker currently employs 111 employee-owners and provides specialty mechanical 

subcontracting services for commercial construction projects, in addition to residential HVAC, 

plumbing, electrical, and remodeling services. The company also operates an appliance retail 

store, which will continue to serve customers from its Rohrerstown Road location through the 

end of 2027.

The lease transaction was facilitated by Deepa Balepur of Compass Real Estate, LLC. 

Brubaker and Benchmark have an established working relationship, with Brubaker serving as a 

specialty subcontractor on plumbing and HVAC systems for several of Benchmark’s projects.

Brubaker expects to begin transitioning operations to the East Petersburg facility as construction 

and leasehold improvements are completed, with the company fully operating from its new 

headquarters by February 1, 2027.
