LANCASTER, PA - The Brick Bash at Decades is this Saturday, August 9, from Noon-9pm in collaboration with nonprofit Bricks For Good.

“At Decades, we love hosting engaging community events that bring people together with nostalgia and fun,” said Tony Gorick, Sales & Events Manager at Decades. “In addition, we are excited to give opportunities for our guests to donate to Bricks For Good and their incredible mission on this fun-filled summer Saturday.”

“Bricks for Good is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in south-central Pennsylvania dedicated to bringing fun, happiness, and hope to all children through the power of LEGO play,” said Lee Barber, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bricks for Good. “We primarily focus on donating LEGO sets to children in need during Christmastime but also host LEGO building events and raise funding for college scholarships. We're very happy to partner with Decades for this special event, which helps us connect with the community and share the importance of our mission. We look forward to welcoming families and LEGO fans to donate, build, and celebrate creativity together on August ninth!”

The event is from Noon-9pm featuring a variety of activities and fun, including the unveiling of a minifigure-scale Decades made out of LEGO pieces!

Activities include:

All Day

● Donate a new, unopened LEGO set to Bricks For Good and get 20 FREE arcade tokens to use at Decades

● Grab a special LEGO-themed cocktail, only a limited amount available

● Enter to win a LEGO prize pack featuring some sets and collectibles

● Grab a kid-friendly sweet beverage to cool down

Noon-5pm

● Kids can build a FREE LEGO creation to take home at our Loose Brick Building Station. For ages 12 and under. While supplies last!

Noon-9pm

● Be the first to see our minifigure-scale Decades replica display, made out of LEGO bricks! Will you be able to find all of the hidden scenes?

6pm-9pm

● Meet the NEW Bricks For Good mascot and learn more about this incredible LEGO-based nonprofit
