Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is pleased to announce attorney Raymond A. Durkin, Jr. has recently joined the firm in its Lancaster office.

Durkin brings extensive experience to the firm advising clients on all aspects of their business, ranging from entity selection and formation to succession planning and dissolution. He also counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and a variety of other transactional matters.

Prior to joining Barley Snyder, Durkin practiced at a law firm based in Central Pennsylvania where he handled business organizations and transactions, real estate transactions, estate planning matters, trademark matters and more. “Ray will be an excellent addition to our firm’s business practice,” said managing partner Jeff Lobach. “His commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with our firm’s values as we strive to continue our upward trajectory. An active member of his community, Durkin serves on the board of directors as secretary of the Arch Street Center and on the board of directors of Good Samaritan Services. He received his undergraduate degree in International Business & Management and Spanish from Dickinson College. Durkin holds a master’s degree from the Villanova University School of Business and a juris doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
