The ninth annual Hymn Sing with the theme of “Celebrating God’s Faithfulness” is set for 4 p.m. Sunday, May 18, in Good Shepherd Chapel at 901 Eden Road in Lancaster. The event will welcome back several alumni and former faculty for community worship through great hymns of the faith.

The 2025 Hymn Sing is free to attend, but tickets may be reserved at lbc.edu/events.

Dan LaRue, 2023 Music Education graduate who is currently studying toward a master’s degree at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, will lead the Hymn Sing along with pianist and retired LBC music professor Dr. Dan Foster, organist and adjunct faculty member Frank Dodd of Westminster Presbyterian Church, and Rachel Sidebothom, alumna and chair of LBC’s Music, Worship & Performing Arts Department, on oboe.  Several LBC alumni will also join as vocalists.
