Celebrate Lancaster County's heritage with an evening of fine dining, live auction, and historical ambiance

LANCASTER, PA — LancasterHistory is delighted to invite friends and supporters to its 2024 Annual Dinner, an evening of food, fun, and fellowship at the magnificent, historic Excelsior Lancaster, to celebrate LancasterHistory's past successes and a look forward to a promising future. The Excelsior Lancaster, steeped in history, began its life as the Sprenger Brewery in 1852 and continues today as a premiere event space. Proceeds from the Annual Dinner benefit the education and public programs of LancasterHistory.

The evening will commence with a cocktail reception in the Garden Courtyard at 6pm, followed by a sit-down dinner at 7pm in the Grande Salon. Dr. Thomas R. Ryan, President & CEO of LancasterHistory, will address attendees at 8pm. The night will also feature a live five-item auction, hosted by the esteemed auctioneer Jessica Shaub, and featuring unique history-themes experiences, aimed at raising additional funds for programs offered by LancasterHistory.

Culinary Delights and Reservations

Guests will enjoy a range of exquisite culinary offerings, starting with delicious hors d'oeuvres and a grilled peach salad. A plated dinner will follow. More information about dining options are available online at lancasterhistory.org/annualdinner.

Tickets are now available for purchase, with various levels of support offered, starting at $150 per person. A portion of the ticket price is tax-deductible, with additional benefits for higher-level supporters, including name recognition in the event program. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and attendees are encouraged to RSVP by June 1, 2024.
