Moderated by North Group Consultants, this Excellence Exchange is an executive-level conversation on leading across generations, how high-performing teams operate in this environment, and practical strategies to strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention.

Meet the Moderator & Panelists:

Moderator: Nikki Shingle, Consultant, North Group Consultants

Over the course of more than two decades, Nikki has served purpose-driven professional organizations as a leader and service provider. In her current role as a Consultant with North Group Consultants, Nikki serves clients by advancing organizational health, strengthening teams, and equipping leaders for greater impact. Previously, she had the privilege of leading a team of financial consultants at Everence, where they served non-profit organizations, businesses, and churches in Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, she contributed to the growth of the organization’s services and the charitable foundation.

Nikki's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Messiah University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University. To deepen her expertise, she earned the CAP (R) Certified Advisor in Philanthropy credential from The American College of Financial Services. She has also been recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as a Woman of Influence.

In the community, Nikki serves as Vice Chair of the Bridge of Hope National Board and is also a member of the Radiant Hope Board of Directors. She is an active member of West Shore Free Church. She and her husband, Andy, reside in Mechanicsburg and have two children – Ava and Zack. Nikki and Andy enjoy supporting their children and spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and fishing!
