Moderated by North Group Consultants, this Excellence Exchange is an executive-level conversation on leading across generations, how high-performing teams operate in this environment, and practical strategies to strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention.

Meet the Moderator & Panelists:

Moderator: Nikki Shingle, Consultant, North Group Consultants

Over the course of more than two decades, Nikki has served purpose-driven professional organizations as a leader and service provider. In her current role as a Consultant with North Group Consultants, Nikki serves clients by advancing organizational health, strengthening teams, and equipping leaders for greater impact. Previously, she had the privilege of leading a team of financial consultants at Everence, where they served non-profit organizations, businesses, and churches in Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, she contributed to the growth of the organization’s services and the charitable foundation.

Nikki's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Messiah University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University. To deepen her expertise, she earned the CAP (R) Certified Advisor in Philanthropy credential from The American College of Financial Services. She has also been recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as a Woman of Influence.

In the community, Nikki serves as Vice Chair of the Bridge of Hope National Board and is also a member of the Radiant Hope Board of Directors. She is an active member of West Shore Free Church. She and her husband, Andy, reside in Mechanicsburg and have two children – Ava and Zack. Nikki and Andy enjoy supporting their children and spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and fishing!

Evon Bergey, Vice President of Operations, COO, Landis Communities 

Evon Bergey serves as Vice President of Operations/COO for Landis Communities, where she leads strategic direction and business development focused on dementia-friendly services, affordable and middle-market housing, and home and community-based services. She played a key role in developing the organization’s Home and Community Based division and Landis Quality Living as Landis Communities continues expanding its mission to support individuals in living meaningful lives in the homes of their choice for as long as possible. Evon also supports operations across multiple Landis entities and is passionate about leadership development and creating supportive housing solutions. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and previously spent 16 years with Magellan Health, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations.

Andy Dula, President, EGStoltzfus

Andy Dula is President of EGStoltzfus. He joined the company in 1992 where he has served in multiple technical, operational and leadership roles. He was appointed Controller in 1994. In 2003, he became CFO of EGStoltzfus. Prior to being appointed President in 2021 he served as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer. Mr. Dula holds several community service and leadership positions. He is a current Member of the Board of Directors for Goodville Mutual Insurance Company and a Member of the Board of Trustees of Praxis Mutual Funds. He is a past Member of the Board of Trustees of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, Past Chair of the Board of Trustees of Eastern Mennonite University and Past Vice Chair of the Lancaster Mennonite School Board. A graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School and Eastern Mennonite University, Mr.Dula has a Master of Business Administration from Millersville University. Mr. Dula is married to Michelle Witmer Dula, and they have two children.

Garry North, CFP, Managing Partner with Master's Wealth Management

Garry North is the Managing Partner at Master’s Wealth Management in Lancaster, PA. In addition to diligently serving of select group of clients clients, he chairs the Master’s Investment Review Committee, oversees business development, and manages the client planning and service responsibilities of the office. He earned his degrees in Business Administration and Bible from Cairn University, and his Master’s in Financial Services (MSFS) from The American College of Financial Services. He has also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and the Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA™) designations. Garry lives in Lancaster and enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, golfing, and cheering on his Philadelphia sports teams.
