Ken Richard is the founder of Responsible Innovation, a Lancaster-based advisory practice that helps organizations make better decisions about AI and emerging technology. He works directly with owners, boards, and leadership teams on strategy, education, and alignment. 

Ken brings more than 25 years building software products and leading engineering teams. At Applied Educational Systems he helped scale an EdTech platform. He was the first employee at Randi Zuckerberg's Broadway Live Streaming startup, and is now Head of Engineering at Okaya, an AI company building mental readiness tools for pilots, firefighters, and healthcare workers.

Ken serves on the board of the Central PA Open Source Conference and speaks regularly at Tech Lancaster. He lives in Lancaster.
