EGStoltzfus is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Construction to lead the division through its next phase of strategic growth. As a key member of the organization’s leadership team, this executive-level role oversees all personnel and operations and plays an active role in sales, business development, and long-term planning. The ideal Vice President of Commercial Construction candidate will bring proven leadership in a commercial construction environment, particularly with design-build and multi-family projects, and possesses exceptional team development, financial acumen, and client relationship skills. Reporting directly to the President of EGStoltzfus, the Vice President of Commercial Construction will drive performance across key areas including customer satisfaction, profitability, operational excellence, and market expansion. Strong networking ability, a passion for organizational culture, and alignment with the mission and vision of EGStoltzfus are essential.

Vice President of Commercial Construction position qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, required

A minimum of ten (10) years of successful light commercial/multi-family residential construction experience, strongly preferred

A history of effectively developing people, managing projects, and growing a department/organization, required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential

Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
