Relationship & Nutrition Manager

Weaver’s Toasted Grains, a privately owned, family-led agricultural company located in East Earl, is seeking an experienced, highly relational, emotionally mature Relationship & Nutrition Manager to manage their customer and prospect relationship development and management, herd nutrition program management, grain testing analysis, and livestock holistic analysis (feed, animal health, and facility) functions.

Weaver’s Toasted Grains, a privately owned, family-led agricultural company located in East Earl, is seeking an experienced, highly relational, consultative Relationship & Nutrition Manager with a farmer’s heart to manage their customer and prospect relationship development and management, herd nutrition program management, grain testing analysis, and livestock holistic analysis (feed, animal health, and facility) functions.


This exciting role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, specifically questioning and listening skills, customer service and relationship development experience, a demonstrated aptitude in applying and supporting sales concepts, excellent financial acumen, forecasting, reporting, analytical, and reasoning abilities, as well as a strong sense of integrity, generosity, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Mill experience and CDL are preferred, however not required. Additionally, community service involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.

Qualified candidates will strategically and with integrity and care develop and manage relationships with customers, farmers, and nutritionists, engaging in high trust selling and high trust customer service, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the grain world, including corn, soybeans, and barley, as well as tracking and analyzing grain contract pricing and procurement.


  • Ideal Start Date: January 5, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift, 45-hours a week
  • Salary: Competitive salary ($85,000 - $125,000 ideal range) and compensation based on education, expertise, and experience; initial sign on bonus available after 90 days and performance incentive to be negotiated after first 6 months
