What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and develop warehouse and production staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Oversee warehouse operations: inventory control, ingredient handling, product storage, shipping/receiving, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment condition.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels and costs; assist in budget planning and reporting.
  • Distribution of incoming product to the proper shop or department in The Village
  • Participate in mock recalls and continuous improvement studies.
  • Perform all other related duties as required or assigned. 

 

What You Bring

  • Ability to work at a fast pace for an entire shift.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of warehouse and/or food production experience preferred.
  • Management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 9 hours per shift, with approximately 70% walking and 30% standing).
  • Must be able to talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.

 

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, strenuous, active indoor and outdoor warehouse and semi-open production kitchen environment.
  • Exposure to hot and cold temperatures for a full shift.
  • Exposure to food-related odors.
  • Work performed near moving equipment and in visible areas to guests.
  • Monday through Saturday availability required.
