Pennsylvania Location Manager / Live Production Site Manager

Hy-Line North America is seeking a hands-on Pennsylvania Location Manager / Live Production Site Manager for hatchery located in Elizabethtown and the incubation facilities located in Tamaqua and Milton, PA. The Pennsylvania Location Manager / Live Production Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hatchery and the fertile egg production sites, compliance, and breeders in their area. The Pennsylvania Location Manager / Live Production Site Manager will collaborate closely with sales and location managers to book orders, coordinate services, and maintain efficient production and delivery. The successful candidate will provide respectful, effective leadership to team members ensuring a cohesive team and adherence to site SOPs. The ability to safeguard and champion our key pillars of Biosecurity, Animal Welfare and Safety, is essential to the role. Hy-Line North America is seeking a proactive leader who can solve problems effectively, manage costs, support and grow team members, and maintain a high level of operational excellence.

Pennsylvania Location Manager / Live Production Site Manager position qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of five (5) years providing successful leadership to a department/organization; across multiple sites, a plus

Experience in agriculture or food production, manufacturing, or related industry, strongly preferred

A successful track record of adherence to safety standards and experience in a highly regulated industry, a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required; bilingual (Spanish), a plus

Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
