Alloy Fabrication is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day production activities, including the planning, execution, and delivery of all welding and fabrication projects. This position oversees fabrication operations, scheduling, workflow optimization, and overall shop‑floor performance to ensure consistent high‑quality output and on‑time completion of customer commitments. The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and developing production personnel, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and reinforcing the organization’s long‑standing reputation for excellence within the domestic fabrication market. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with the company owners to advance strategic initiatives and drive company growth. Alloy Fabrication is seeking an entrepreneurial and dependable leader who can proactively solve problems, develop employees, and maintain operational stability in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.


Operations Manager Position Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial steel design, fabrication, and project management, required; PMP and welding licenses, preferred

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a history of developing people and managing projects, required

Knowledge of general business concepts such as budgeting, sales, negotiation, goal setting and LEAN manufacturing, strongly preferred

Proficiency with technology including AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
