Requirements and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC service and installation experience
• Confidence with line sets, control voltage, exhaust, and condensate systems
• EPA Type II Universal certification and valid driver's license (required)
• Able to lift 75+ lbs. and safely handle tools, equipment, and materials
• You take pride in your work and care about quality
• You work hard for the customer's benefit

• You pitch in, stay positive, and push forward

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues and execute the right solution
• Interpret manuals, blueprints, and drawings to complete jobs correctly
• Keep tasks and jobs moving while out on job sites
• Maintain licenses/certifications and complete required continuing education
• Keep take-home company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all company processes and policies to maintain a safe work environment
