Aero-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Aviation Maintenance Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for our aircraft maintenance, repair, and inspection services. In partnership with the leadership team, the Director of Aviation Maintenance Services will advance, implement, and develop strategic plans while also casting future direction and vision for our service department. Additionally, the Director of Aviation Maintenance Services will provide leadership to a team of skilled technicians, champion culture, and streamline processes for efficiency and success. The ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with our mission is essential to the role. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively build relationships, enjoy influencing team members to achieve success, and contribute to the Aero-Tech culture of safety, service, and excellence in aviation service.

Director of Aviation Maintenance Services Position Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a history of developing people, managing projects, and growing a department/organization, required

Overall business operations experience and financial acumen

Demonstrated proficiency with technology, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology for efficiency

Experience within aviation, automotive, transportation, heavy equipment or related industry, preferred

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, a plus but not required

Community involvement, strongly preferred
