Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, has full-time and part-time opportunities for Certified Nurse Aides (CNA's).  Newly-certified Nurse Aides start at $22.50 / hour, with higher rates for experienced CNA's, plus generous shift differentials and weekend incentives.

Our CNA's enjoy relatively low Resident to CNA ratios, and have the opportunity to establish caring relationships with our Residents. 

Full-time and part-time opportunities are typically available on all shifts, in our Skilled Nursing Facility and our Short Term Rehabilitation Center. 

-Brethren Village CNA's receive extensive, paid on-the-job training and orientation, and on-going support and guidance. 

-For new CNA's, Brethren Village will reimburse your Nurse Aide training costs.

-Brethren Village offers our CNA's competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends). 

-Brethren Village is large enough to offer a variety of work schedules to meet your needs, and to offer advancement opportunities throughout our facilities.

Typical Work Schedules

Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week:  8 and 12-hour schedules are typically available on all shifts; work days will vary a bit from week to week and typically include periodic weekends and every other holiday

Part-time:  part-time schedules are typically available on all shifts, including some weekend-only schedules (weekend-only schedules -- 48 weekends per year -- include a 50% pay premium)
