Weaver’s Toasted Grains, a privately owned, family-led agricultural company located in East Earl is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, self-motivated, emotionally mature Business Manager to manage their accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, risk management and safety, office technology systems, and business administration functions.

This exciting role requires strong office administration and management experience, human resources and people development experience, excellent accounting and finance acumen, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and relationship development experience, as well as a strong sense of integrity, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Accounting / Bookkeeping Management

- Human Resources Management

- Leadership / Management Team Support

- Office & Technology Systems Administration

- Business Partners Relationship Management & Development

- Risk Management, Insurance & Safety Management

- Dispatching Support

- Assistant to Executive in Charge

- Business, Strategic & Succession Planning Participation & Support

- Individual, Team & Company Participation


Qualified candidates will possess experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, compliance, vendor coordination, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational and business management skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and 3-5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, and human resources. Agricultural and/or Feed/Animal Industry experience is ideal. Community service involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.


Compensation: $29-$31.25/hour (Non-Exempt) Monday-Friday, First Shift, 40-45 hours/week
