Keystone Fence Supply Co. is seeking a Yard & Logistics Coordinator to direct and execute the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products for yard and shipping operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and shipping of products, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, prepared, and loaded for delivery or pickup. The Yard & Logistics Coordinator operates forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintains an organized and safe yard environment, assists with inventory management, and works closely with the sales and office teams to prioritize orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, a commitment to safety, and the ability to keep materials and orders moving efficiently to support exceptional customer service.

Yard & Logistics Coordinator Position qualifications:

-Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations or material handling, preferred

-Forklift certification or ability to become certified, required

-An understanding of construction, agriculture, building supply or related industries, a plus, but not required

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, required

-Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential

-Demonstrated community involvement, desired
