Vice President of People & Human Resources
ARRO Holdings, LLC, Lititz, PA, is a private equity backed consulting engineering firm in eastern Pennsylvania. Focusing on civil engineering, with deep expertise in water and wastewater, the firm services a combination of governmental and private entities. Through acquisitive growth, the firm has expanded to more than 180 employees operating out of 8 offices; corporate headquarters are in Lititz, PA (Lancaster County). The path forward for ARRO includes additional acquisitions, making the Vice President of People & Human Resources role an integral part of a growth-oriented future. ARRO is seeking a Vice President of People & Human Resources to provide hands-on leadership to the human resources team and all HR functions. The Vice President of People & Human Resources will work collaboratively with leadership team members to advance the firm’s overall goals and objectives, becoming a trusted resource and business partner. The ability to implement standardization to drive efficiencies and advance integration across departments and locations is essential to the role. The Vice President of People & Human Resources will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, while also executing tactical responsibilities such as effective HRIS utilization. The ideal candidate will strengthen organizational culture and foster team cohesion, cultivating a culture that attracts the brightest and best. A proven history of developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies is essential for the Vice President of People & Human Resources.
Vice President of People & Human Resources position qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, essential
- A successful track record of progressive leadership experience with the ability to influence and develop teams, necessary
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strongly preferred; with private equity, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, related field, or, equivalent experience, required
- SHRM, HRCI, or continuing education certification, preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite or related software, required; Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
