Responsible for the overall success of the Bird-in-Hand Stage. The theatre manager will work with marketing to increase sales and determine promotions, liaise with production companies, be responsible for the day to day Stage operations and manage the theatre staff. The Theatre Manager is a full-time position mid-March through December and part-time January through mid-March. Bachelor’s degree and theatre experience preferred. Must have excellent guest service skills and have the ability to speak in front of a group. The candidate should also be organized and detail oriented.
